Don’t fight the market

...and where it is in its life-cycle – you will lose! If you are operating in a mature market and you continue to try to launch as if your product/service is new or innovative, you’re knocking your head against a brick wall. You can re-develop or re-package products/services to look more up to date, but if you’re seeing sales declining as a result of the maturity of your marketplace, it could be time to be moving on to your next idea!
